Star Wars: Unlimited - Sealed Prerelease Events (Ashes of the Empire)

Event Summary

Join us for our Star Wars: Unlimited TCG Sealed Prerelease events at Cardboard Games! Each event will be built from a Prerelease Kit with 6 booster packs opened and used to construct your deck. An additional Booster Pack of the new set will be awarded for each victory with your peers!

Raffles will take place between each round for some additional packs and accessories!

Prerelease events are a Sealed Format, casual event. This event is perfect for new players looking to try the game or for returning players wanting to check out new cards!

Details and Schedule:

  • Each Prerelease Event will be capped at 32 players

  • Friday Event registration will start at 12:30pm, and box openings 30 minutes after

  • Weekend Event registration will start at 12:30pm and 4:30pm, and box openings 30 minutes after

  • Players will be given 30 minutes to open their packs and build their decks

  • Best-of-One rounds will be 25 minutes each

Required Items:

  • Nothing! Players will be given everything they need to build a deck and play the game

  • Players are strongly encouraged to bring card sleeves and playmats (also available for purchase in store)

Cost and Prizing:

  • Event will cost $30

  • All players will receive one (1) Prerelease Kit containing:

    • Two (2) set-specific Hyperspace leader cards

    • Six (6) Booster Packs (to open and build your 30-card Sealed Format deck)

    • Cardboard Deck Box

    • Damage and Initiative Tokens

    • Quickstart Rules

  • Players will be given an additional Booster Pack per round win

Players are required to register an Asmo Connect account on Star Wars: Unlimited website, and add your Asmo ID number to your Melee.gg account information. Cardboard Games is an official Flagship store with Fantasy Flight Games, and all Star Wars: Unlimited official Organized Play events (Prerelease, Weekly OP, and Store Showdown) will require participants to have their Melee.gg account with Asmo ID information readily available for the store hosts.
